- Cuisson micro-ondesMettre une grille à four micro-ondes ou une assiette renversée dans un plat de pyrex de 30 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm (12" x 8" x 2"). Disposer les filets de poisson sur la grille ou l'assiette, les parties les plus épaisses vers l'extérieur du plat ; sapoudrer de sel et de poivre.Fondre le beurre ou la margarine dans une tasse à mesurer ; ajouter le persil et le jus de citron et bien mélanger.Verser la sauce sur les filets puis recouvrir de craquelins émiettés et de paprika.Cuire à puissance maximale (100% d'un four de 650 watts) de 8 à 10 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que la chair de poisson s'effeuille facilement.Saupoudrer de graines de sésame.Laisser reposer de 2 à 3 minutes avant de servir.
