Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar.
- Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, oil, and cinnamon.
- Then stir in the flour mixture, a third at a time, until fully combined.
- Pour batter into a cupcake/muffin pan, either greased or with muffins tins. It will make 12 muffins.
- Bake for about 30 minutes and then enjoy!

Steps:
- 1Warm up the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases (or grease them with a bit of oil). Move the oven rack a notch down from the middle position.
- Mash both bananas with a fork.
- Combine the mashed up bananas with maple syrup or sugar and peanut butter in a medium-size bowl. Mix very well.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix them well until there is no dry flour left.
- Transfer the cake batter into the prepared muffin tray. Decorate the tops with slivered almonds (if using).
- Bake for about 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out fairly clean.
- Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool down before eating.
- Enjoy!

- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg together in a small bowl.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in white sugar, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Fold in flour mixture until just combined. Fold walnuts into the batter.
- Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
