La mayoría de los canapés se hacen con pan de molde o son más complicados de hacer, pero esta vez les traemos una receta que aparte de original los hará ver elegantes.

- Jamón Serrano
- Plátanos
- Aceitunas Negras
-Queso
-Ajo
-Mantequilla
-Nueces
-Pan de molde
- Queso brie
- Aceitunas negras
- Pan de molde (integral de preferencia)
- Pan de molde (las rebanadas dependen del número de canapés)
- Mayonesa
- Lechuga
- Rebanadas de queso
- Jamón Serrano
- Uvas verdes y moradas.
- Queso goudá o manchego

Steps:

  • 1. Cortar los plátanos en forma diagonal para que los trozos sean más largos y con formas ovaladas.
  • 2. Cubrir cada pedazo de plátano previamente cortado con jamón serrano.
  • 3. Colocar aceitunas negras a un lado de los canapes o encima de llenos para sellarlos utiliza un palillo.
  • 1. Moler los ajos hasta que estén hechos polvo. Derretir la mantequilla y agregar el ajo previamente molido.
  • 2. Partir los trozos de pan en pequeños cuadrados y untales la pasta que creaste previamente.
  • 3. Adorna con un poco de queso rallado y pedazos de nuez.
  • 1. Quitar las orillas del pan de molde y cortar las rebanadas en 4 partes.
  • 2. Colocar un poco de queso brie sobre los cuadros de pan.
  • 3. Cortar en 4 las aceitunas negras y colocarlas sobre el queso.
  • 1. Cortar las rebandas del pan en 4 cuadros pequeños.
  • 2. Tosta un poco los cuadros de pan y untales la mayonesa.
  • 3. Coloca pequeñas rebanadas de queso entr cada pan y encima coloca un poco de lechuga.
  • 4. ¡Y listo! coloca tus canapés en un platón o charola.
  • 1. Cortar el queso manchego o goudá en pequeños trozos.
  • 2. Sobre el plato donde se servirán los canapés colocar una capa de jamón serrano.
  • 3. Colocar sobre el jamón serrano los trozs de queso.

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
6 ounces sour cream

Steps:

  • Combine the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows, coconut, and sour cream. Stir till mixed well. Refrigerate till cold. Serve.

1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked sushi rice
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons finely chopped gingerroot
1 teaspoon roasted red chili paste
1 small English (seedless) cucumber
1 sheet roasted seaweed nori sheets (8x7 inch; from 1-oz package), cut into 8 rows by 4 rows
2 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
1/2 avocado, peeled, cut lengthwise into thin slices
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped (or thinly sliced carrot or very small pieces of avocado)

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, heat 1 cup water and the rice to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Transfer to large bowl, tossing rice with chopsticks or 2 forks to cool slightly. Gradually add vinegar, tossing constantly. Cover bowl with damp towel; cool rice about 45 minutes or until room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together sauce ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until ready to assemble canapés.
  • Cut cucumber into 32 slices, each about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange on serving platter. For each canapé, place 1 piece of nori on each cucumber slice. Top each with about 1/4 teaspoon sauce. Scoop rice using 1 measuring teaspoon, pressing rice against side of bowl to pack into spoon and hold shape of spoon. Carefully remove rice from spoon; dip flat side into sesame seed and place, flat side down, on sauce. If necessary, carefully reshape rice with fingers. Top with bell pepper or other toppings (or a combination). Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
