Steps:
- Rinse the rice in a colander and drain the water.
- Take the pot out of the Presser Cooker and transfer the rice pouring 2 cups of water. Move the pot to ensure that all the rice is under the water.
- Close the lid and select the pressure cook program. Set it for 25 minutes (or according to the pack instructions).
- When beep sounds turn off the pressure cooker and leave it naturally release the steam. In about 10 minutes open the lid carefully and serve the full and soft black rice.

Steps:
- Wash the rice and drain the excess water.
- Add the rice in the pot of the Instant Pot.
- Add water, lemon juice, salt and oil and close the lid of the instant pot.
- Set the valve to sealing position.
- Press pressure cooker and set the timer to 4 minutes.
- Instant pot will take some time to build the steam and then it will start the cooking process.
- Once the cooking time is complete, let the steam release on it's own for 5 minutes.
- Release the steam by moving the valve to open position.
- Open the lid and fluff the rice gently using a fork.
- Serve hot

- Wash & Rinse Black Rice: Add 1 cup (215g) black rice to the inner pot. Rinse the rice a few times over cold water, and rub the rice with your hands. Drain really really well. Add 1 cup (250ml) cold water in the inner pot, then remove 2 - 3 tbsp water.
- Pressure Cook Black Rice: Close lid and pressure cook at High Pressure for 18 minutes, then Natural Release for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, release remaining pressure. Open the lid carefully.
- Serve Instant Pot Black Rice: Fluff and serve black rice with your favorite main dish or add it to your salad. Enjoy~
