Lay the salmon on the green beans, and spread on the pesto. Top with tomatoes. 5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges. 6. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C. Teriyaki Salmon: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. 2. Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up. 3. On one half, lay down the broccoli and carrots. Drizzle on oil and sprinkle on salt & pepper. 4. Lay the salmon on the veggies, and pour on teriyaki sauce. 5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges. 6. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C. Lemon Dill Salmon: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. 2. Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up. 3. On one half, lay down the asparagus. Drizzle on oil and sprinkle on salt & pepper. 4. Lay the salmon on the asparagus, and add more oil, salt, and pepper. 5. Place the onion, lemon, and dill on the salmon. 5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges. 6. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches Garlic Butter Salmon: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. 2. Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up. 3. In a bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and parsley. 4. On one half of the parchment, lay down the potatoes. Drizzle on half of the garlic butter mixture. Add salt and pepper as desired. 5. Lay the salmon on the potatoes, and drizzle the remaining garlic butter. Add salt and pepper as desired.. 6. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges. 7. Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and a generous amount of freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl. Mix the panko with the parsley, butter, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and a few grinds of black pepper in another small bowl.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and spread the surface with the Dijon. Press the brown sugar mixture all over the salmon then top with the breadcrumb mixture. Crimp all four sides of the foil to create a border around the salmon, this will help collect the juices so they don't spread and burn. Bake until the breadcrumbs are golden brown, and the salmon is firm and flakes easily when pressed, 15 to 18 minutes. Cut into four equal portions for serving.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat lightly with cooking spray.
- Toss sweet potatoes with 2 teaspoons oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in medium bowl. Place on one half of the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, stir together Dijon, honey, and cayenne in a small bowl. Toss broccoli with remaining oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Remove potatoes from the oven. Add salmon to the other half of the baking sheet. Place 2 teaspoons of the mustard mixture on each salmon filet; brush evenly to coat, then sprinkle evenly with bagel seasoning. Add broccoli to the sweet potatoes. Return to the oven and bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork and the veggies are golden, about 12 minutes.
- Stir soy sauce into the remaining mustard mixture and drizzle over veggies.
