Steps:
- Place berries, sugar & lime juice in a small sauce pan & cook over medium heat until the sugar melts and berries are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Process in a blender o food processor and then pass over a very fine.mesh strainer. add 1/4 cup water to the seeds and strain more to get all the juices. Retur all the juice to the pan and bring to boil once more.
- Divide into 2 glasses, add ice and, club soda to taste, garnish with lime slices & serve.

Cool and refreshing and so much better for you than those chemical laboratory products that wear brand names. If you prefer a sweeter drink just add more sweetening to your taste.

- Mix lime juice and sugar together till the sugar dissolves.
- Add the club soda and stir lightly just to mix.
- Place crushed ice in 4 glasses and pour the soda over it.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve at once.

- 1. Place the berries, sugar, and lime juice in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar melts and the berries are very soft, about 5 minutes.2. Pass through a food mill to remove the seeds, or process in a food processor or blender and then pass through a very fine-mesh strainer. Add about 1/4 cup water to the seeds and strain the seeds more to get all the juices. Return all the juice to the pan and bring to a boil once more.3.
