FRIED RICE RECIPE WITH ALREADY COOKED RICE
Give your already cooked rice a glow-up with this easy fried rice recipe!

Steps:
- Prepare your frozen peas and carrots. Place half the bag into a small pot of boiling water. Let boil for approximately 5 - 7 minutes, then set to the side.
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter in your pan until melted. Use medium-high heat. Add your egg, scramble, and move to a separate plate.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan. Once melted, add the chopped onion and garlic. Season, liberally with salt and pepper. Cook onion and garlic until softened.
- Increase the heat to high and add a 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Stir until melted.
- Add rice to pan and stir all pan ingredients until combined. Saute and stir occasionally for about 3 minutes.
- Add the peas, carrots, eggs, soy sauce to taste and remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan. Stir to combine all ingredients for 2 minutes and add more salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn of heat, add sesame oil at the very end and stir until combined.
- Enjoy! Feel free to add extra soy
EASIEST FRIED RICE (USING UNCOOKED RICE)
Found this on an Aussie Website and have used it ever since. It is the easiest fried rice I've ever made and it is so good. I have often wanted to cook fried rice and I have had no leftover cooked rice ready well you don't use leftover rice for this recipe so it is a very handy recipe.

- Cook the eggs in a pan with a quick spray of olive oil. I break the yolks and run a knife through them and cook until just set then cut into small strips.
- Fry rice until browned, add stock and cook until moisture is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Add shallots, then egg and bacon pieces, cooked prawns and heat through.
- Add lemon juice (if using prawns) and soy sauce to taste.

Steps:
- Turn Rice Cooker onto cook.
- Add oil, bacon, onion and garlic to Rice Cooker.
- Stir frequently until onion is soft.
- Add rice to Rice Cooker and coat in oil.
- Add frozen vegetable and beef stock and mix well.
- Place lid on Rice Cooker and let it do its thing.
- When finished mix in Soy Sauce and stir.
- Serve.
EASY CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE
I typically make this with chicken as the protein, but shrimp works great as well. I use pre-made cauliflower rice and rotisserie chicken for a fast easy dinner option. If you're using raw chicken, just cook that first, then remove from the pan and continue with the recipe.

Steps:
- Pre-cook the cauliflower rice and have ready.
- In a large wok, heat oil of your choosing. Add in the celery, onion and carrots.
- Stir-fry until heated through.
- Make a hole in the center of the veggies. Crack your eggs here and scramble them.
- Stir quickly to cook the egg, then combine with the veggies.
- Add in the chicken and garlic powder and cook for a minute to heat through.
- Add in the cauliflower rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
