Looking for a clever edible gift? "Frosty" is easy to make and delicious to munch for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
Pretzel rods, if desired
2 round cookies, if desired
Assorted candies, if desired
Betty Crocker™ Fruit Roll-Ups® chewy fruit snack roll, if desired
White candy sprinkles or edible glitter, if desired

Steps:

  • Measure carefully, placing water, butter, flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt and yeast in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Select Dough/Manual cycle. Do not use Delay cycle. Remove dough from pan, using lightly floured hands.
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheet. Divide dough into 2 parts, with 1 part slightly smaller than the other. Shape smaller part of dough into 4-inch ball; place on cookie sheet. Shape remaining dough into 6-inch ball; place next to 4-inch ball with sides touching. Cover and let rise in warm place 15 minutes.
  • Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until bread is golden and sounds hollow when tapped. Cool 10 minutes. Carefully remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
  • Place baked bread on serving platter. In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Spoon glaze over bread, allowing some to drizzle down sides. Attach pretzel rods for arms and cookies for earmuffs. Decorate with candies. Cut fruit snack; add for scarf. Sprinkle with candy sprinkles.

  • Frost the tops of the 2-1/2-inch cupcakes with some of the Creamy White Frosting. Put coconut on a small plate. Dip cupcake tops into coconut, rolling gently to coat all frosted areas.
  • If necessary, remove paper bake cups from the 1-3/4-inch cupcakes. Frost all sides of the small cupcakes with some of the remaining frosting. Roll small cupcakes in coconut until coated. Spear each small cupcake through the center with a pretzel stick. Place one small cupcake onto the frosted top of each large cupcake, holding it in place with one end of the pretzel stick.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl microwave about 3/4 cup of the remaining frosting on 100 percent power (high) for 10 to 20 seconds or until melted but still thick enough to coat. Spear each marshmallow with a fork or skewer and hold over bowl of warm frosting; spoon frosting over marshmallow to coat. Place marshmallow on a sheet of waxed paper; cool slightly to set frosting. Roll marshmallows in coconut until coated. Attach a marshmallow on its side to each small cupcake by spearing it with a pretzel stick and inserting the other end into a small cupcake. Patch with additional frosting.
  • Attach miniature chocolate pieces for the eyes and mouths. For the carrot nose, cut orange candies into small triangles. Gently press into the marshmallow.
