FRUITY FROZEN YOGURT ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
A frozen treat perfect for a hot summer afternoon! Crunchy granola, indulgent chocolate, sweet and creamy frozen yogurt... Yum!

Steps:
- In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Place half of the mixture into another medium bowl. Using whisk, beat blueberry yogurt into 1 bowl and peach yogurt into the other. Gently spoon and spread peach yogurt mixture over blueberry yogurt mixture in bowl. Freeze about 1 hour or until slightly firm.
- Remove from freezer. Using ice cream scoop, scoop yogurt from bowl, capturing both flavors. Place 1 scoop of swirled yogurt on chocolate side of one granola thin. Place another granola thin on top, chocolate side down. Press together slightly. Wrap individually in foil, and freeze at least 2 hours until firm.
- Before serving, let stand 10 minutes at room temperature.

Steps:
- In a food processor combine the fruit and sugar.
- Using on-off coarsely chop the fruit.
- Stir together the yogurt and the lemon juice.
- With the machine running slowly pour in the yogurt.
- Process until smooth and creamy; scrape down the sides once or twice.
- Scoop into serving dishes.
- Cover and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up slightly.

Steps:
- Prepare ice cream: Add the heavy cream and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Whip with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in the condensed milk and whip again until stiff. Fold in ½ cup (20 G) of Fruity Pebbles.
- Spread the ice cream across a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap to about a 1-inch (2 ½ cm) thickness. Freeze until frozen solid, at least 4 hours.
- Prepare the cereal rounds: Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and fully incorporated. Add 5 cups (200 G) cereal and mix until combined.
- Pour cereal mixture on a greased and lined baking sheet, then press the mixture down to make it more solid. Let cool at least 10 minutes.
- With a greased cookie cutter, cut out 16 rounds.
- When the ice cream is completely frozen, use the same cookie cutter to cut out 8 rounds of ice cream to fit the cereal rounds.
- Sandwich an ice cream round between two cereal rounds.
- Enjoy!
