Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Arrange English muffin halves, cut-side up, on a baking sheet. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each English muffin; top with mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni slices on 1/3 the pizzas and Italian sausage on 1/3 the English muffins, leaving the remaining 1/3 with just cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

- In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let stand for 5 minutes. Add oil and salt. Stir in flour, 1 cup at a time, until a soft dough forms. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 2-3 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain. , Punch down dough; divide in half. Press each half into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Combine the tomato sauce, oregano and basil; spread over each crust. Top with beef mixture, green pepper and cheese. , Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

- Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Make up the bread mix following pack instructions. On a lightly floured surface, roll out to fit a lightly oiled 30 x 40cm baking tray, or two smaller trays. Spread the passata over the base, dot over the sausages and mushrooms, add the bacon, then cook for 20 mins at the top of the oven.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and crack the eggs on. Return to the oven and cook for 5 mins more, or longer depending how well-cooked you like your eggs.

- Preheat broiler. Place English muffin halves on baking sheet; set aside. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add sausage, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes or until sausage is crumbled and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add eggs to same skillet; sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook without stirring until edges and bottom begin to set. Gently turn to scramble; continue cooking until set.
- Broil English muffin halves 2 minutes or until toasted. Top halves evenly with sausage mixture, scrambled eggs and cheese. Broil 3 minutes more or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.

EASY ENGLISH PIZZA
Had almost nothing in the house after a long trip, and needed something fast and filling. All the ingredients are things I keep on hand, buy pepperoni when it's on sale and keep it in the freezer, doesn't even need to be thawed to put on pizza!!

Steps:
- Combine ingredients for the sauce in a small pot, and bring it to a boil.
- Cut the English muffins in half, and put sauce on both sides. Then top both sides with cheese, and bottom half with other toppings. Can use whatever your favorite toppings are.
- Line a Cookie sheet with foil, and place all halves on the cookie sheet, face up.
- Turn on the Broil cycle of your oven, and broil for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Then put the top halves on the bottom ones and serve with remaining sauce to dip inches.
