Full Flavored Iced Tea Recipes
FULL FLAVORED ICED TEA
I never was a fan of ice tea until I made it this way. The recipe comes from Cook's Illustrated and makes a nice strong tea.

Steps:
- Heat the tea bags and water in a medium, non reactive saucepan over medium heat until dark, very steamy and small bubbles form on the bottom and sides (instant read thermometer will register about 190), 10 to 15 minutes.
- Off heat steep 3 minutes (don't steep any longer or it may get bitter).
- Remove and discard the tea bags and pour tea into a pitcher.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Stir in ice until melted.
- Serve in ice filled glasses.
