- In a large pot cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Using the same pan, heat olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp start to turn pink. Add italian seasoning and spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add the pasta back to the pot with the remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley. Still until mixed and butter is melted.
- Add the lemon juice before serving and serve while hot.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch glass casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix ingredients together. Add shrimp and shake to coat.
- Lay shrimp flat in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with any bread crumb mixture remaining in the bag. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until starting to crisp, 15 to 20 minutes. Switch to broil setting until topping is light brown, 2 to 3 minutes.

- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water with vegetable oil until al dente.
- Meanwhile, place the shrimp in boiling salted water for 3 to 5 minutes, just until they turn pink. Cooking time will depend on the size of the shrimp. Remove the tails, and place in a bowl of warm water.
- In a microwave safe bowl, mix butter or margarine and minced garlic. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, or until melted. Stir.
- Drain pasta, and transfer to a serving dish. Toss with garlic butter and shrimp. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

- Boil pasta in water till tender, save 1 cup of pasta water for use later. I always put some oil, salt, and fresh herbs in with my pasta when I boil it. Drain and set aside when done.
- While pasta is boiling, wash shrimp.
- Melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp.
- Let cook till a little pink and starting to curl. Then add garlic.
- Cook 5-7 min., add oil. Continue to stir till shrimp is pink and curled.
- Add pasta to skillet. Add seasonings. Add just enough saved pasta water till it is not dry but not swimming in liquid either. Depending on amount of pasta this requires 1/2 the cup or all of it. Start with adding 1/4 of it then work up from there.
- Keep tossing all ingredients around in skillet till all is incorporated and hot. Enjoy!

- Dissolve the kosher salt in 1 gallon of water in a large pot. Add the shrimp, and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Drain and pat shrimp dry with paper towels.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking, heat butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, making sure not to burn, about 2 minutes. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes; add tomatoes and capers. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until shrimp are completely pink, about 3 minutes more.

I was inspired from a recipe I found from one of the grocery stores in our neighborhood. I changed a few things to fit our taste. It made for the best dinner we have had in a long time. - In a large pot, bring water and kosher salt to a boil. Add pasta and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until soft to your liking. Drain and run cold water over pasta and let drain well and set aside.

- Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in large skillet on medium heat. When oil is hot, add shrimp. Cook on both sides until done (approx 4-5 minutes total time). Transfer shrimp from skillet when done. Cover/keep warm.
- To make pasta sauce, heat olive oil on medium-high in a large skillet. Add minced garlic to hot oil; cook for about a minute, stirring often to prevent burning. Add butter, chicken broth and milk; whisk together while butter melts. Season sauce with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Stir in the UNCOOKED noodles and simmer (on medium-low heat) until the pasta has completely cooked through (this will take about 15-18 minutes for commercially prepared pasta). Stir mixture occasionally while it cooks!
- Once pasta is cooked through, add fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well, to combine. If you find the sauce has thickened too much, simply add a touch more milk until it's the thickness you desire.
