BUTTERY GARLIC POTATOES

Steps:

• Place the potatoes in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, seasoned salt, paprika, parsley and garlic; pour over potatoes and toss to coat., Microwave, uncovered, on high for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.

MICROWAVED POTATOES LYONNAISE

Steps:

• In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine potatoes, onions, margarine, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper and paprika.
• Heat in microwave on high until margarine melts, about 1 minute; stir. Cook 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.

GARLIC MASHED POTATOES RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, add the potatoes and garlic and stir until evenly combined.
• Microwave for 13 minutes. Remove from the bowl from the microwave.
• In a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, combine the milk, salt, and butter and stir to combine.
• Pour the milk mixture over the potatoes.
• Microwave for 2 minutes.
• Remove from the microwave and mash the potatoes with a fork.
• Add the pepper and stir to incorporate.
• Garnish with chives.

POTATOES IN BUTTER AND GARLIC (MICROWAVE)

Steps:

• Place the potatoes in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish with a cover. Sprinkle with the seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder and salt.
• Dot the top of the potatoes with butter. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
• Remove from microwave and toss potatoes and butter together. Cover and cook for an additional 2 - 4 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

GARLIC POTATOES (MICROWAVE) RECIPE

Steps:

• Cut unpeeled potatoes into chunks. In microwave casserole dish, combine potatoes,garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Cook covered on high 14-18 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice. Stir in lemon peel and chives. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
