- Put peeled and cut potatoes and onion in fry pan with 1/4 cup butter. Fry on medium low for 30 minute or until tender. Add additional butter if necessary during cooking.
- Fry steak in separate fry pan till done as desired.
- Put steak in with potatoes and onion and add garlic. Stir fry 10 minute on med. low.

STEAK, CORN AND POTATOES WITH GARLIC BUTTER

Steps:
- Put the potatoes in a large nonstick skillet; cover with water and season with salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain, blot dry with paper towels and wipe out the skillet.
- Meanwhile, combine the butter, grated garlic, parsley, oregano, lemon zest and a big pinch of salt in a food processor. Pulse until smooth; set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add the steak and cook until well browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board to rest.
- While the steak cooks, heat the reserved nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and the potatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are browned around the edges, about 5 minutes. Add the corn, minced garlic and a pinch of salt; cook, undisturbed, until the corn is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add the scallions and cook, tossing, until combined. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the lemon juice.
- Divide the vegetables among plates. Slice the steak and add to the plates; top with the garlic butter.

Steps:
- In a bowl, season the steak with garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir thoroughly.
- On soaked bamboo sticks, skewer on the seasoned steak cubes, then potatos and onions.
- Repeat until the skewer is full.
- On a coal BBQ, cook the steak skewers for 2-3 minutes a side for medium-rare and 4-5 minutes for well done.

- Add oil to a large skillet on medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, add the halved potatoes and sauté, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and outside of potatoes are browned.
- Move potatoes to one side of the skillet. Add ghee to the empty space. Now add the steak pieces. Season potatoes and steak with dried oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chili powder. Stir (but keep the steak and potatoes separate.)
- Sauté steak on one side until browned, about a minute or two. Then flip, add minced garlic, and cook until steak pieces are how you like them and garlic is golden in color.
- Once steak is done, stir steak and potatoes together. Taste and add more salt or extra oregano if desired.

- PREPARE INGREDIENTSPreheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF) fan bake and line a large oven tray with baking paper. Cut potatoes in half. Roughly dice mushrooms and crush garlic.
