SLOW COOKER PORK LOIN BARBECUE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes.
- If the roast is wrapped in netting, remove it. Sprinkle the roast all over with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Add to the onion and brown on all sides, about 8 to 10 minutes total.
- Transfer the roast and onion to the slow cooker .
- In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients-barbecue sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper.
- Pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours, or until the roast is tender and thoroughly cooked. The minimum safe temperature for pork , according to the USDA, is 145 F.
- Carefully remove the pork loin roast to a pan or platter.
- Skim excess fat from the sauce and pour it into a saucepan. Bring to a boil on the stovetop and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is reduced and thickened, about 4 minutes.
- Put the pork loin roast and sauce back in the slow cooker and keep warm until serving time.
- Slice and serve the pork roast. Enjoy.

SLOW COOKER PORK TENDERLOIN AND POTATOES
This is so easy - just one dish to complete an entire meal. The pork and potatoes melt in your mouth! We also like to buy a seasoned tenderloin for a special meal, just follow the same directions and omit the garlic. My family loves this meal, especially my two small children.

- Place pork in the slow cooker and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange potatoes, carrots, and bouillon cubes around pork. Add water.
- Cover and cook on Low until pork is slightly pink in the center and potatoes are tender, about 4 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

BBQ PORK TENDERLOIN IN THE CROCK POT
I wanted to make BBQ pork tenderloin in the slow cooker, but not pulled pork. This worked out nicely so I thought I'd post the recipe so I can make it again. Hope you enjoy it too. This was easy to slice, though could have easily been shredded as well. Served with rice to put the extra sauce on, along with a veg (I used peas and carrots). I only cooked 1 pork tenderloin and had lots of sauce leftover so you might only want to double the sauce if you do 3 or more tenderloins I would guess?!?

Steps:
- Place the pork tenderloin into the crockpot.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together and pour over top of the pork tenderloin.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.

Steps:
- Rinse loin with cool water.
- Place all ingredients into crock pot.
- Sprinkle loin with the garlic, onion, chili powders, brown sugar and salt n pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
- Meat will be very tender and this makes a thin, but nice sauce. You can add more BBQ sauce when done to thicken sauce if desired.
