PAULA DEEN'S OLD-FASHIONED HOLIDAY GLAZED HAM
This is a Paula Deen classic made with a spiral-sliced ham coated with a brown sugar/mustard glaze and then covered with pineapple rings, maraschine cherries and cloves. I found this in the December 2009 Food Network Magazine. Note: I am guessing on the size of the jar for the maraschino cherries. The recipe just calls for a small jar.

SUGAR-GLAZED HAM
This old-fashioned ham glaze gives a pretty, golden brown coating-just like Grandma used to make. The mustard and vinegar complement the brown sugar which adds a tangy flavor to this glazed ham recipe. Be prepared to serve seconds! -Carol Strong Battle, Heathville, Virginia

OLD FASHIONED HAM GLAZE
This is my favourite ham glaze recipe which I found on Cooks.com recipe site. It doesn't sound very interesting but it sure is delicious! Simple to make too!

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients.
- To Glaze: 30 minutes before ham is done, pour off drippings and remove skin on shank end of ham. Score fat with whole cloves. Spoon glaze over ham. Put back in oven and finish heating, basting several times with glaze.
- I even use this on the pre-cooked hams, as well.
- Cooking time depends on size and type of ham you are cooking.
