- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Paper-line 24 muffin cups.
- Prepare cake batter according to package directions. Spoon into prepared muffins cups. Bake as directed or until wooden pick inserted in cupcakes comes out clean. Cool in pans for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
- Beat powdered sugar, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add another tablespoon of milk if needed. Remove 1 cup of frosting to small bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped DelightFulls morsels. Spoon filling mixture into pastry bag fitted with large pastry tip or into food storage bag with 1/2-inch snipped from corner of bag.
- Cut a 1-inch circle 1-inch deep with sharp knife from each cupcake. Carefully remove cake pieces and save for another use such as crumbling over ice cream. Pipe filling mixture into each cupcake. Filling should be level with top of cupcake.
- Frost cupcakes with remaining frosting in bowl. Sprinkle cupcakes with remaining 1/2 cup chopped DelightFulls morsels.

Celebrate Halloween or fall with this fun and "scary" dessert. These purple people eater cupcakes are baked using Betty Crocker® vanilla cake mix and decorated using Betty Crocker® white frosting.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups. Make, bake and cool cake mix as directed on box for cupcakes, using water, oil and eggs. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Crumble 6 cupcakes into large bowl; stir in 1/4 cup of the frosting. Shape into 18 (1-inch) balls; place on cookie sheet. Freeze 15 minutes or until firm; keep refrigerated.
- In microwavable bowl, microwave candy melts and shortening on Medium (50%) 1 minute, then in 15-second intervals, until melted; stir until smooth. Remove several cake balls from refrigerator at a time. Using fork, dip cake balls in melted candy; tap off excess. Return to cookie sheet; refrigerate.
- Line second cookie sheet with waxed paper. Spoon remaining melted candy into resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Cut off tiny corner of bag; squeeze bag to pipe 18 "horns" and 36 "wings" onto cookie sheet. Let stand until set.
- In small bowl, mix remaining 2 3/4 cups frosting and the food color. Pipe frosting onto cupcakes. Top each with cake ball. Use melted candy to attach horns and candy eyes to cake balls. Insert wings into frosting.

- Filling: Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt, orange peel and food color in a small mixer bowl, beat until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips, set aside
- Cupcakes: make as directed on package.
- Fill 24 paper muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon cheese filling onto each cupcake.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake portion, comes out clean.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
- Make and bake cake mix as directed on box for 24 cupcakes. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, line 2 cookie sheets with waxed paper. In large bowl, place cereal.
- In 4-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows; stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in orange food color. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl, stirring until well coated.
- For feet, place 2 gummy candies on cookie sheet. Spray inside of 1/4-cup measuring cup with cooking spray. For body, fill measuring cup with warm cereal mixture; place over feet, releasing cereal mixture and covering back half of feet. Repeat with remaining gummy candies and cereal mixture to make 24 aliens. Use 2 candy-coated chocolate candies for eyes and black decorating gel to make centers of eyes. Insert 2 pretzels for antennae.
- Stir green food color into frosting container; frost cupcakes with frosting. Place 1 alien on top of each cupcake; press gently to secure. Store uncovered.
