1/2 cup fresh pomegranate juice (from about two 11-ounce pomegranates)
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
2 (750 ml) bottles very well chilled prosecco

Steps:

  • Mix pomegranate juice and grand marnier together.
  • Place pomegranate inthe freezer for 1 hour.
  • Fill 8 Champagne glasses with Prosecco top with pom/Grand mixture.
  • Float a few frozen seeds in each glass and serve.

750 ml prosecco, Italian champagne, chilled
1 pomegranate, whole with seeds
16 ounces pomegranate juice, bottled, chilled

Steps:

  • Cut pomegranate in half and scoop out seeds. Place seeds in a bowl.
  • Place several pomegranate seeds in the bottom of a champagne flute, add a splash of juice and fill with champagne.
