VODKA GRAPE SPARKLER
Steps:
- Blend the whole grapes, honey and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Blend in batches, if necessary. Drain the grape mixture into a pitcher. Add the vodka and sliced grapes. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour.
- Add the rose to the mixture just before serving and serve in red wine goblets.

- Place lemon and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker; add sugar and muddle to combine. Add grape juice and vodka. Fill shaker with ice; cover and shake to combine. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Strain into prepared rocks glass and top with club soda; garnish with concord grapes and serve immediately.
SPARKLING GRAPE PUNCH
With orange juice and ginger ale to tone down the grape juice, this punch is wonderful served at any party. Also, add whatever liquor you'd like if you want to make it a cocktail.

- Thinly slice 1 cup of the grapes and refrigerate. In a food processor, coarsely chop the remaining grapes in batches. Transfer the chopped grapes to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook until the grapes have released most of their juice, 5 minutes.
