- Prepare this the morning of serving. Pick over clusters of seedless grapes and pick each one off individually; discard any soft or bad ones. Cover them in enough whipped sour cream to really coat each grape, then sprinkle with dark brown sugar to taste. Refrigerate and keep stirring whenever you're at the refrigerator. Just before serving, spread grapes on baking sheet and sprinkle brown sugar (1/4 cup) over the top of grapes. Place under the broiler very briefly, just enough to caramelize the sugar.
