GRASSHOPPER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine creme de menthe, creme de cacao, cream, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

GRASSHOPPER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• If you'd like to rim the glass , wet it with a quick dip in a shallow dish filled with either liqueur from the recipe. While still holding the glass upside down, roll the rim in a dish of grated chocolate, cocoa powder, or finely crushed graham crackers.
• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the cream, white crème de cacao, and green crème de menthe.
• Shake well .
• Strain into the prepared cocktail glass . Serve and enjoy.

Steps:

• Start by making the garnish. Take a sprig of mint, strip off the leaves at the base and dip the stalk in the melted chocolate, holding the upper leaves gently. Leave to set on a plate or tray.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then pour in the liqueurs and cream. Shake hard until the outside of the cocktail shaker is cold, then strain in to a cocktail glass or small coupe. Garnish with the chocolate-dipped sprig of mint.

Steps:

• In a saucepan over low heat, combine the milk and marshmallows; cook and stir until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
• Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in whipped cream and tint with food coloring.
• Pour mixture into crust and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Top with fresh strawberries.

FLYING GRASSHOPPER

Steps:

• Pour the chocolate liqueur, creme de menthe, vanilla vodka, regular vodka, and half-and-half cream into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into chilled martini glasses rimmed with chocolate syrup to serve.

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, heavy cream, white creme de cacao and green creme de menthe. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

• Pour all ingredients into a shaker over ice, shake, and strain. Serve.;

GRASSHOPPER PIE II

Steps:

• In a large saucepan combine evaporated milk and marshmallows. Stir over low heat until marshmallows are completely melted. Chill until mixture holds its shape when dropped from a spoon.
• Slowly pour creme de menthe and creme de cacao into marshmallow mixture while stirring constantly. Continue to stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
• Pour whipping cream into a large chilled mixing bowl. Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired. Whip cream until stiff. Gently fold whipped cream into marshmallow mixture.
• Spread mixture into pie crust. Chill overnight before serving. Garnish each slice with shaved chocolate and crushed peppermint if desired. Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers.

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate, in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds, and strain into a chilled coupe.
• Grate a light dusting of the chocolate over the surface of the drink.
