GREEN HALLOWEEN SANGRIA
Get your spooky on with this easy and fun Green Halloween Sangria! This fun colored punch is perfect for a crowd and is flavored with limoncello and apple, then topped off with some lychee eyeballs! Make it ahead of time for a Halloween cocktail that everyone will love!

Steps:
- Drain the lychees and place a blueberry in each one to make the eyeballs.
- Chop the apple into chunks and slice the lemon.
- Add the lemon and apple to the jug and add in the apple juice, sugar, wine, limoncello and vodka. Stir to combine.
- Stir in the food coloring, add a few drops at a time until you get the right color.
- Stir in half of the lychees and place the jug in the fridge for 2 to 24 hours.
- Cover the unused lychees and keep refrigerated.
- To serve, rim the glasses with the colored sugar and add in ice cubes and a couple of the left over lychee eyeballs. Pour over the sangria and serve.

- Stir together the wine, soda water and liqueur in a 3-quart pitcher. Add the mint, apples, kiwis and melon, and cover the pitcher with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the sangria to chill, at least 4 hours up to overnight.
- To serve, fill 8 to 10 glasses halfway with ice, then pour the sangria and fruit into each glass.

- Rinse and de-stem grapes, then pat dry. Spread in a single layer a baking sheet, then place in the freezer at least 2 hours before you plan to serve.
- In a large glass pitcher, combine 1/2 of the orange slices (reserve the second half for serving), lime, and lemon slices. Add the brandy and cinnamon stick and stir gently to combine. Slowly pour in the wine. Refrigerate sangria for at least 2 hours or as long as overnight (a longer chill time will increase the flavor).
- When ready to serve, add the ginger ale to the pitcher and stir gently with spoon. To sugar the glass rims, place the colored sugar on a plate, then rub an orange slice around the glass rim. Dip the rim of each glass into the sugar, coating well. Fill glasses with frozen grapes and reserved orange slices, then slowly pour in the sangria. Sip immediately and enjoy.
