Here's what you need: fresh spinach, almond butter, dates, chia seeds, banana, avocado, unsweetened almond milk

2 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 dates, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 banana, sliced
½ avocado, diced
120 mL unsweetened almond milk

Steps:

  • Add the spinach, almond butter, dates, chia seeds, banana, and avocado to a resealable container. Cover and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • When ready to prepare, add the contents from the container and the almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
