Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill
- In a small bowl, add brown sugar and soy sauce and mix well. Stir in oil and seasonings and set aside.
- Wrap bacon strips around chicken breast making sure to overlap the ends when you add a new piece of bacon. Set aside. Use a pastry or grill brush to brush the marinade onto the chicken and place onto a hot outdoor grill. Baste chicken with additional marinade.
- Cook chicken until done, flipping once and adding marinade to the back side of the chicken as you cook. Cook until thermometer stuck into the center of the chicken reads 165. Serve immediately.

- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Brush chicken with oil.
- Grill 6-8 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from barbecue and let stand 5 minutes before cutting into thin strips.
- Put chicken in a medium bowl. Add cheese, tomato, bacon, and ranch dressing. Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated/distributed.
- Spoon mixture evenly down the centre of tortilla. Fold in opposite sides and roll up burrito-style.
- Grill wrap, starting seam-side down, on medium low for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, stir together white barbecue sauce ingredients; cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices bacon, stretching bacon to cover as much of the breast as possible; secure ends of bacon to chicken with toothpicks. Sprinkle both sides with barbecue seasoning.
- Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 5 minutes. Brush with 2 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce. Cook 5 to 7 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F). Turn chicken; brush with remaining barbecue sauce. - Cook the bacon until just opaque. Blot on paper towels. Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper. Wrap each chicken breast in bacon, securing strips in place with toothpicks. Set aside. Preheat the grill to medium-high.

- In the ziplock bag,combine the Ranch packet, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix well.
- In the bag add the uncooked chicken breast and massage the marinade until chicken is covered, put into the refrigerator and marinade for 1-3 hours.
- Pre-heat your grill to high for 5-10 minutes prior to cooking.
- Soak 10-20 toothpicks in a cup of warm water for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the bag and wrap each breast with 2-3 pieces of bacon using two toothpicks to attach to the chicken.
- When the grill is hot, place the chicken on the grill and lower the heat to Medium-High.
- Cook the chicken for 9 minutes per side turning only once.
