GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
Bread, butter and Cheddar cheese - here's a way to make this classic sandwich in a nonstick pan.

Steps:
- Preheat skillet over medium heat. Generously butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and add 1 slice of cheese. Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 slices of bread, butter and slice of cheese.

GRILLED HERSHEY'S SANDWICH
While traveling in Texas with my parents nearly 60 years ago, I was served this sandwich. I continue to fix myself one of these............... oh...... about every 10 years LOL. This sounds wierd, but they are really good if you like chocolate!

- Place the candy bar between the slices of bread, butter the outside of each slice of bread, and grill each side until the bread is browned and the candy melted.

- Remove wrapper from chocolate bar; break into sections. Evenly space chocolate bar pieces on unbuttered side of bread. Layer with graham cracker, breaking to fit. Top with marshmallow halves and second slice of bread. Butter top of sandwich with remaining butter.
- Heat over medium low heat until bottom of sandwich is golden. Carefully flip sandwich; heat until bottom is golden. Remove from skillet; cool slightly. Cut and serve.
