Unsalted butter, softened

Steps:

*Cook's note: Feel free to try any bread, cheese, or jelly in any combination, not just the ones listed here.
Select any bread, any cheese, and any jelly. Spread 2 pieces of bread with butter. Place 1 piece, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat and top with several slices of the cheese. Spread the unbuttered side of the other piece of bread with some jelly and put it jelly side down on top of the cheese. When the first side is browned, after about 3 minutes, flip the sandwich and cook until the other side has browned, about another 3 minutes. Serve while warm.

3 tablespoons Smucker's® Orchard's Finest® Pacific Mountain Strawberry Preserves
4 slices raisin bread
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
4 oz. wedge of brie, rind removed, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Cooking Spray
Powdered sugar for garnish

Steps:

SPREAD 1 1/2 tablespoons of preserves on each of 2 slices of bread. Sprinkle each with half of the almonds and mint. Arrange sliced brie to cover. Top with remaining two slices of bread.
HEAT large skillet over medium heat. Spray top of sandwiches with no-stick cooking spray. Place sandwiches, sprayed side down, in heated skillet. Cover skillet and brown sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Spray tops of sandwiches before turning to brown second side.
REMOVE sandwiches from skillet. Allow to rest covered, about 3 minutes. Cut into quarters and serve warm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Preheat grill to high.
Coat strawberries with balsamic vinegar.
Then roll in the sugar.
Place on a hot grill to mark, approximately 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.

Take the slices of bread and butter one side generously. Place half the bread, butter side down, on a large heavy skillet (cast iron preferred). Turn the heat to medium.
Let the bread brown a bit. Then sprinkle half the chocolate over the bread and lower the heat to make sure the chocolate has time to melt without scorching the bread. Once the chocolate has started to melt, cover the chocolate with strawberries.
Using a spatula, move the toasted bread to a plate. Place the remaining bread, butter side down, on the still hot skillet and toast, repeating by adding the remaining chocolate onto the bread once warm.
