Barbecue Turkey Tenderloin - Grilled turkey tenderloin seasoned with a smokey rub and grilled to perfection. Coated in your favorite barbecue sauce for the perfect summer meal.

1 - 1 1/2 pounds turkey tenderloin
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 Tbls granulated sugar
1 Tbls brown sugar
1 Tbls chili powder
1 Tbls kosher salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black peppercorns
1/4 tsp chipotle powder (optional)

Steps:

  • In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the rub.
  • Generously sprinkle the rub all over the turkey and rub until it is well coated.
  • Preheat grill to high heat
  • Add turkey to the grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • During the last couple minutes of cooking time brush both sides of turkey with barbecue sauce.
  • Remove from the grill and slice to serve. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash each garlic powder and pepper
2 turkey breast tenderloins (1/2 pound each)

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the apple juice, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, onion, vanilla, ginger, garlic powder and pepper; add the turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat. 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
32 ounces turkey breast tenderloins

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic, ginger and mustard.
  • Pour 1/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag and add the turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat.
  • Refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.

1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 turkey breast tenderloins (each about 3/4 pound)
1 package (6 ounces) turkey or chicken stuffing mix (6-serving size)

Steps:

  • Mix lemon juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in shallow glass or plastic dish. Add turkey, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill. Grease 9-inch square aluminum pan.
  • Remove turkey from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill turkey 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 15 minutes. While turkey is grilling, stir stuffing mix with amount of water called for on package. Spoon stuffing into aluminum pan; cover with aluminum foil.
  • Add stuffing to grill rack. Brush turkey with marinade and turn. Cover and grill 10 to 15 minutes longer or until juice is no longer pink when center of thickest piece of turkey is cut. Discard any remaining marinade. Remove stuffing and turkey from grill; let stand 10 minutes.
  • Cut 1 1/2 turkey tenderloins into 1/2-inch slices; serve with stuffing. Refrigerate remaining turkey to use for Easy Turkey Fajitas.

3/4 cup dry red wine or reduced-sodium beef broth
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix

Steps:

  • Cut a lengthwise slit down the center of each tenderloin to within 1/2 in. of bottom. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the wine or broth, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, curry, ginger and pepper; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 2-3 hours. , In a small saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Cool., Drain and discard marinade. Open tenderloins so they lie flat; spread stuffing down the center of each. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Steps:

  • Make a pocket in each tenderloin by cutting lengthwise from one side almost to, but no through, the other side; set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine spinach, cheese, and black pepper. Spoon the mixture into the pockets and tie kitchen string around each tenderloin in 3 or 4 places.

Remove all but 1 T. bacon drippings from skillet; reserve drippings for brushing on tenderloins. To bacon drippings and bacon in skillet, add onion and celery; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Add stuffing mix and broth; mix well.
