IRRESISTIBLE GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a large Ziploc bag. Close the bag and shake really well.
- Add the chicken wings, close the bag and massage the wings really well to ensure good coverage. Expel as much air as you can, close bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight and up to 24 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to about 350F-400F.
- Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Brush the preheated grill grate with cooking oil to prevent sticking. I give it a quick wipe with a piece of paper towel soaked in vegetable oil. The grill is hot so be very careful and wear a heat resistant glove.
- Cook the chicken wings on the preheated grill, lid closed, for about 10-15 minutes on each side, until the meat is nicely browned and the juices run clear (see my notes). You may want to use an instant read thermometer if not sure. The wings are ready when the temperature in the thickest parts registers at least 165F.

- Fiery
- Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with Tasty McCormick Fiery Seasoning.
- Heat grill to high heat. Place wings on the grill and close lid. Grill for 8-10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 8-10 minutes (with the lid closed), or until wings are fully cooked through.
- Remove wings from grill. Squeeze with lime wedges and garnish with minced cilantro.
- Zesty
- Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with Tasty McCormick Zesty Seasoning.
- Heat grill to high heat. Place wings on the grill and close lid. Grill for 8-10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 8-10 minutes (with the lid closed), or until wings are fully cooked through.
- Remove wings from grill. Squeeze with lemon wedges and garnish with basil leaves.
- Jazzy
- Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with Tasty McCormick Jazzy Seasoning.
- Heat grill to high heat. Place wings on the grill and close lid. Grill for 8-10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 8-10 minutes (with the lid closed), or until wings are fully cooked through. Remove wings from grill and set aside.
- In a small pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add honey, apple cider vinegar, and salt and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat.
- Drizzle grilled wings with honey butter.
- Savory
- Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with 1½ tablespoons Tasty McCormick Savory Seasoning.
- Heat grill to high heat. Place wings on the grill and close lid. Grill for 8-10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 8-10 minutes (with the lid closed), or until wings are fully cooked through. Remove wings from grill and set aside.
- In a small pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add 2 teaspoons Tasty McCormick Savory Seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.
- Drizzle grilled wings with herb butter.
- Enjoy!
SIMPLE DELICIOUS GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS
This is a quick, easy, and tasty way of making grilled chicken wings. The taste is great and the mess is less. My brother and I came about this recipe through trial and error, and bouncing ideas off each other. We love it! This recipe is more about technique than ingredients. Frozen wings are required or they will overcook. The indirect cook time helps dry the sauce so they are not sloppy. You'll still need napkins, but much less mess on the face and hands.

- Warm hot sauce and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Mix well after butter has melted.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill wings over direct heat until no longer sticking to the grate, 10 to 15 minutes. Do not peel off wings that are still sticking. Turn wings over and grill until halfway done on the second side, about 10 minutes more.
- Dip wings, 3 or 4 at a time, into the sauce. Place coated wings over indirect heat. Grill until no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Place wings in a large bowl. Cover with aluminum foil for 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
