We like to call it the green drink. It's sweet, it's sour, it's tasty and it packs a real punch so go slow.

2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrate
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate
2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (750 milliliter) bottle rum
2 quarts lime sherbet

Steps:

  • In a large pot, combine limeade, lemonade and lemon-lime soda. Stir in rum (add more to taste if desired.) Mix in the lime sherbet.

2 ounces dark rum
1 cube sugar
3 cloves
1-inch piece cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Slice lemon
Boiling water

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients except the boiling water in an 8-ounce mug. Stir to dissolve the sugar, leaving the spoon in the mug. Pour in boiling water to fill, and stir.

Number Of Ingredients 7

Juice of 1/2 lemon
Lump of sugar
Slice of lemon, studded with 3 cloves
Strip of orange peel
1 jigger golden rum
Boiling water
Cinnamon stick

Steps:

  • In a glass or mug, combine the lemon juice, sugar lump, a clove studded lemon slice, strip of orange peel, and golden rum. Add boiling water to fill the mug and stir the drink with a cinnamon stick.

1 jigger heavy-bodied rum
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
Hot tea
Garnish: Cinnamon stick or a twist of lemon

Steps:

  • For each drink, pour rum into a mug or highball glass. Stir in lemon juice and sugar syrup. Fill the glass with hot tea. Serve immediately, garnished with a cinnamon stick or twist of lemon.
