GROUND BEEF PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLIDERS
The flavor of the classic steak sandwich turned mini with these easy ground beef Philly Cheesesteak sliders! A family favorite recipe with minimal ingredients! Perfect for busy weeknights.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the ground beef, onion, and pepper to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion and pepper is soft, about 2 to 4 minutes.
- In a medium measuring cup, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Pour the liquid over the beef and peppers. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until the liquid has thickened.
- While the meat mix is finishing, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottoms in a half sheet pan (or 9x13).
- Add the meat mixture to the bottom rolls. Top with cheese followed by the top of the rolls.
- Whisk together the melted butter and garlic. Pour over the top of the sliders.
- Lightly cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until steak is hot and reaches your desired color, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Slice the connected rolls in half widthwise to look like 2 giant slices of bread. Place the bottom half into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Spread mayonnaise evenly on top.
- Place 4 slices of pepper Jack cheese over the mayonnaise. Layer the steak mixture and the remaining cheese on top. Cover with the top half of the bread. Spread melted butter on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bread is browned, about 20 minutes. Slice into individual portions.

- Heat your oven to 350°F. Cut 2 bell peppers and 2 onions into thin strips. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the peppers and onions along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Saute for 10 minutes until the onions caramelize, then remove from the pan and set aside.
