MUD AND WORMS
This is a very delicious treat. It is mostly a kid's dessert, but don't get me wrong, adults might enjoy it too. This is a Halloween, birthday, or fun treat that everyone can enjoy. :)

Steps:
- Place the chocolate sandwich cookies into a resealable plastic zipper bag, and crush with a rolling pin into crumbs. For a more mudlike appearance, untwist the cookies and scrape off the creme filling before crushing cookies.
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix with the milk in a bowl, stirring for 2 minutes. Sprinkle about 1/3 of the crushed sandwich cookie crumbs into the bottom of a serving bowl, and spoon the chocolate pudding over the crumbs. Smooth out the top of the pudding, then top with the rest of the chocolate cookie crumbs to resemble dirt. Poke gummy worms halfway into the dirt. Refrigerate until serving.

HALLOWEEN GUMMY WORM PUNCH
The fruit flavored ice ring keeps the pleasing punch cold without diluting the fabulous flavor- serve with gummy worms- perfect for a Halloween party!

- In bottom of 6-cup ring mold, scatter most of candy worms. Pour fruit punch over candy, filling to within 1 inch of top (candy worms will float to top). Place remaining candy worms over edge of mold. Freeze 5 to 6 hours or until solid.
- Just before serving, in 3-quart or larger punch bowl, mix both carbonated beverages and thawed juice concentrate.
- Dip outside of ring mold in hot water until ice ring is loosened. Remove ice ring; place in punch so gummy worms are visible.

- Heat water to boiling; pour into medium bowl. Add both boxes gelatin to boiling water; stir to dissolve. Add vodka; stir well. Add whipped topping; stir well.
- Add straws to a tall glass and carefully pour gelatin mixture over straws. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firmly set.
- After gelatin has set, remove straws from glass. Use fingers to pinch out worms, or use a rolling pin to roll them out. Place in bowl to serve.

- In a bowl, combine gelatins.
- Add boiling water; stir until gelatins completely dissolve. Chill until lukewarm, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, gently pull straws to extend to full length; place in tall container.
- Blend cream and food coloring with the lukewarm gelatin mixture. Pour into container, filling straws.
- Chill until gelatin is firm, at least 8 hours, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
- Pull straws from container (if using a carton, tear carton away from straws). Pull straws apart; run hot tap water for about 2 seconds over 3 to 4 straws at a time. Starting at the empty ends, push worms from straws with rolling pin, or use your fingers; lay worms on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
- Cover and chill until ready to use, at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
- Worms will hold at room temperature up to 2 hours.

- Stretch out the bendy part of all of your straws. Prepare your "worm mold" by placing the straws into your container. If using a milk carton, do not cut it, just open the top. The tighter they are packed in, the better.

- Fill a tall, narrow container with drinking straws. Pour the juice mixture into the straws and chill until firm, at least several hours.
- Unmold. Let rest at least a few hours, preferably overnight, uncovered in the refrigerator, to both chill and dry slightly, until firm to the touch (so that it will stay firm at room temperature.)
