LEFTOVER HAM AND CHEESE PIZZA
This leftover ham pizza can be made using store-bought ingredients, but just remember to adjust cooking time accordingly to your dough's instructions!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 475F. Lightly dust your counter-top in flour.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out your pizza dough until desired size and thickness is reached. Carefully transfer to pizza pan and adjust accordingly.
- Spread your sauce to about 1-inch from the edge of the pizza dough. That uncovered part will be your crust. Evenly spread out the ham and onion. Finish off with mozzarella cheese.
- Place into oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until mozzarella cheese is nicely browned and crust is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting!
HAM AND CHEESE FOLDOVER
Simple ingredients, wonderful taste!! Another recipe that showcases the versatility of a few cans of crescent rolls. My family loves this, and I don't mind making it at all because it is SOO easy. Kids also seem to really enjoy this dish. I sprinkle the top with sesame seed, but almonds do just as well.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees, and spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- In large bowl, combine ham, broccoli, cheese, mushrooms, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings; mix well.
- Unroll both cans of dough.
- Place dough with long sides together on sprayed cookie sheet, forming 15x12-inch rectangle, and press perforations together to seal.
- Spread ham mixture in strip down the center of dough.
- Fold sides up over ham mixture, and tuck ends in (kind of like an egg roll).
- Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle top with almonds or sesame seed.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes, cut into slices and serve.

- Into the bowl of your stand mixer, add the room-temperature milk, sugar and yeast and stir gently. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Turn your mixer on low and watch the ingredients combine. After about a minute you should see a sticky dough starting to come together. If you need to turn the mixer off and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl, now's your chance.
- Turn up the mixer speed slightly and allow the mixture to knead the dough for about 2 minutes. The dough should be tacky to the touch, but not so sticky that it's very messy. If necessary, add a tablespoon or two of extra flour. It should pull away from the sides of the bowl easily and the bowl should appear fairly clean. If the dough appears too sticky, continue kneading and add flour, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough reaches that tacky texture (don't add more than 3 tablespoons).
