Steps:
- Heat oven to 450*.
- Stir baking mix, water and shortening to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured, cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, 12x9". Spread hash over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge; sprinkle with pepper. Roll up, beginning at narrow side; cut into nine 1-inch slices.
- Place slices cut side down in greased square pan, 9x9x2 inches.
- Bake 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve hot cheese sauce over biscuits.
- Spunky Cheese Sauce.
- Melt butter over low heat in saucepan. Blend in baking mix and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. About 1 1/2 cups.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir 2 cups bisquick, water, and shortening together.
- Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured board. Knead 5 times.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, 9x12 inches.
- Spread hash over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge, sprinkle lightly with pepper.
- Roll up, beginning with narrow end, cut into 9 (1-inch) slices.
- Place slices, cut side down, in a greased 9x9 inch pan.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Melt margarine in a pot on the stove-top.
- Blend in bisquick, salt, and mustard.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
- Remove from heat, stir in milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir 1 minute Stir in cheese.
- Heat over low heat until cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry and roll out to a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of herbed cream cheese over the puff pastry. Cover with Swiss cheese slices, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll.
- Slice puff pastry roll in 1/4-inch-thick slices and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven on the center rack until lightly browned and puffed up, 15 to 20 minutes.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Spread dough from 1 package of crescent rolls out onto a work surface and pinch perforations together to create a single sheet of dough. Spread half the cream cheese over the dough sheet, leaving a 1/2-inch margin all around. Sprinkle half the cooked sausage evenly over cream cheese. - Heat oven to 425°F. Grease cookie sheet. Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and water until dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times.

- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended. Spread onto tortillas, leaving 1/4-inch border around edge of each. Top evenly with ham, pears and blue cheese. Tightly roll up tortillas. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, cook vinegar in small saucepan on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until reduced to 1/2 cup. Set aside until ready to use.
