- Pat diced chicken breast dry with a paper towel and add to a large bowl.
- Evenly coat the chicken in the olive oil. (For seasoning blends with other liquid ingredients like soy sauce or lime juice, add in this step.)
- Mix your choice of seasoning blend from below in a separate bowl before adding to the chicken. Stir to evenly coat the chicken in the dry seasoning blend.
- Add the seasoned chicken to an air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 400ºF until the chicken nuggets reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

- Mix buttermilk and chicken in a large bowl and let soak while you prepare the seasoned flour.
- Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Pour bread crumbs onto a flat plate.
- Dredge each chicken nugget first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray the basket with cooking spray. Place as many nuggets into the basket as you can without overcrowding. Lightly mist the tops of the nuggets with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Flip chicken nuggets and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove and repeat with remaining nuggets.

- Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for about 10 minutes.
- Trim any fat from the chicken breast and cut into 1-inch chunks; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt.
- In a shallow dish place the breadcrumbs.
- Now dip each chicken piece into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to help the coating adhere.
- Place chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket, in a single layer; you may need to bake in two batches or more, depending on the size of your fryer.
- Spray the nuggets with some cooking oil and air fry for 12-15 minutes or until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Once done remove the nuggets from the basket with a tong. Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy!

- Pound your chicken with a meat tenderizer until it is about 1/2 inch or so thick.
- Cut into 1 inch strips and add to a large bowl.
- Add in the flour and all spices in the chicken category. Toss to coat the chicken.
- In one bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- In a second bowl, whisk together the breadcrumbs, old bay seasoning and parsley.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take one piece of chicken at a time and dunk in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs into the chicken. Place on a baking sheet and repeat until all pieces have been coated.
- Add about half of the chicken into your preheated air fryer (you only want one layer so the chicken gets crispy) and lightly spray with avocado oil spray.
- Air fry on each side for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again with oil halfway.
- Remove from the air fryer and repeat with the second batch of chicken.
- Serve with ketchup, honey mustard, barbecue sauce or buffalo sauce. Enjoy!

- Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Using a sharp knife cut the chicken breasts into about 20 nuggets.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken pieces and melted butter. Mix to evenly coat and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a second bowl, mix the panko, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Add 3 to 4 nuggets to the bowl with the panko mixture. Pess the nuggets into the coating on all sides until they're evenly covered. Transfer nuggets to a large plate or baking sheet and continue until the nuggets are the remaining chicken pieces.
- Spray the nuggets on both sides with olive oil spray.
- Spray or brush the air fryer basket with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- Place the nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flipping the nuggets halfway through.
- Serve immediately with barbeque sauce and honey mustard for dipping.
