Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Prepare bread pan by greasing the bottom and sides with olive oil or butter.
- In a medium bowl, stir together oat flour, cinnamon, all-spice and baking powder.
- Add bananas, honey, vanilla extract.
- Add mixture to bread pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- If desired: Top with vanilla frosting.
