Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- In small bowl, stir Bisquick® mix, milk, cheese and garlic powder to make a soft dough. Drop dough by 5 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake about 8 minutes or until golden brown. Spray warm biscuits with cooking spray before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

APPLE & PEAR SHAPED CHEESE BALLS
These wonderful creations sound more complicated than they actually are. Plus, its delightful to sculpt out your food before you eat it!

Steps:
- Mix blue cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl with a fork until blended.
- Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
- Divide cheese mixture in half.
- Shape one half into a ball and place on wax paper.
- Sprinkle another piece of wax paper with paprika; roll cheese ball in paprika to thoroughly coat.
- Mold into an apple shape.
- Shape the remaining cheese mixture into a ball.
- Combine parmesan cheese and food coloring in a covered container or large plastic bag and add cheese ball.
- Roll cheese ball in parmesan cheese until thoroughly coated.
- Mold into a pear shape.
- Make a small depression in the top of each cheese ball for stem ends; insert piece of cinnamon stick into depressions.
- Insert leaves into tops of cheese balls.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until well blended, using hands if necessary.
- Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls about 1 1/2 inches apart in pan.
- Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm.

APPLE CINNAMON CHEESE BALL
One of my friends made something similar to this at a party, and I loved it. I asked for the recipe but lost it, and ended up trying to make it by memory. It may not be the original recipe, but its darn good! It has a sweeter taste than your average cheese ball. Excellent with Sesame Seed Crackers.

Steps:
- In medium to large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and cinnamon. Beat until well blended.
- Stir in apples until evenly distributed.
- Shape mixture into a ball by rolling it around inside the bowl.
- Once ball is formed, pour crushed nuts into a second bowl, and roll cheese ball in the crushed nuts until the outside is covered.
- Presenting the cheese ball on a plate, place cinnamon stick and bay leaf in the top of the ball to make it look like an apple.
