Steps:
- 1. Bake the cake according to directions in 9x13 inch pan. Cool for 5 minutes,using the handle of a wooden spoon poke holes into cake. Then let cake cool for abit,about an 1/2 hour til warm. Slowly pour sweetened milk over cake.
- 2. Let it soak into holes, then drizzle caramel over the cake. Let cake cool completely (you may refrigerate it to cool faster just cover well). Break candy bars into small pieces. Top cake with cool whip,decorate with candy & drizzle with caramel!!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 10 cup bundt pan by making sure it is well greased and floured or coated well with cake release. (See the note below on how to quickly make your own cake release.)
- Put the cake mix, instant pudding mix, sour cream, olive oil, eggs and water into a large mixing bowl.
- Beat until mixed together well. About 30-45 seconds.
- Spoon the batter in the prepared bundt pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. A skewer should come out clean and the top should be quite browned.
- Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes before inverting.
- Cool the cake completely before icing.

HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE ALMOND CAKE

- Generously brush bottom and sides of Rockcrok® Dutch Oven with oil using Chef's Silicone Basting Brush. Place 3 tbsp (45 mL) almonds in a small bowl; set aside. Process remaining almonds in Manual Food Processor until very finely chopped. Place water, eggs and oil in Classic Batter Bowl. Whisk with Stainless Steel Whisk until well blended. Add cake mix; whisk until smooth. Stir in chopped almonds. Spoon cake batter into Dutch Oven. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 12-14 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of Dutch Oven. Using Silicone Oven Mitt Set, carefully remove Dutch Oven from microwave to Stackable Cooling Rack. Let stand 5 minutes. Place chocolate spread in 2-cup (500-mL) Prep Bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 45-60 seconds or until softened. (Do not overheat.) Carefully invert cake onto serving platter. Spoon and spread warm chocolate spread evenly over top of cake, letting some drip down the sides (see cook's tips). Sprinkle with reserved almonds. Serve warm with Slice 'N Serve®.

VEGAN BUNDT CAKE
A basic vegan vanilla bundt cake recipe with variations to create any flavor that you wish.

- Preheat the oven to 350° F (177° C) and grease your bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 3 cups of flour, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and stir with a whisk. (If you wish to add chocolate or spices mix in now as well see flavor variation in notes.)
- In a separate container, add 2 cups of plant-based milk, 2/3 cup oil, 1/2 cup vegan sour cream, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp vanilla, and stir well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir with a whisk for about 1 minute until a smooth batter is formed.
- Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan and bake at 350° F (177° C) for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for at least 1 hour.
- Use a large serrated bread knife to cut off any cake that has risen above the top of the cake pan. this will ensure that the bottom of the cake is flat before inverting.
- Invert the cake onto a cake pan.
- Allow it to cool completely and drizzle with vegan icing or chocolate ganache.

HEAVENLY ISLAND BUNDT CAKE
Wanted to make a cake for a friend's birthday and was looking for something that was a tad indulgent without completely going overboard. This cake achieves the perfect balance by pairing a lighter cake batter with some luxurious additions. The flavors here work so well together and are also quite attractive to the eye. Even better, the cake uses a mix making it quick to make and a no brainer for those of us who are baking challenged. Though the technique for preparing the batter for this cake comes from none other than the Cake Doctor, the flavor combination is mine.

- Preheat oven to 350°F Prepare a large bundt pan with a light coating of cooking spray.
- Take the bar of chocolate and break it up into small shards. Similarly, chop the macadamia nuts into pieces.
- In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, water, egg whites and applesauce. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Add the chocolate, coconut and macadamia pieces to the batter, stirring to fully incorporate.
- Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake 35-40 minutes. The cake should be resistant to touch and a toothpick or bamboo skewer should come out clean if inserted into the middle of the cake. Cool in pan 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Allow to completely cool before serving.
