This herb and Dijon wet rub creates a flavorful crust over the prime rib as it cooks and is perfect whether you bake, grill, rotisserie, or smoke the roast.

1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard, optional
1 tablespoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld properly.
  • Apply wet rub all over prime rib roast and cook as preferred.

1 beef sirloin tip roast (2 lb.)
3 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. coarse grind black pepper
1 shallot, minced, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves, divided
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Place meat on rack in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix Worcestershire sauce, pepper, 2 Tbsp. shallots and 1 Tbsp. thyme until blended; rub over surface of meat.
  • Bake 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours or until meat registers 140°F for medium-rare doneness or 150°F for medium doneness. Transfer meat to carving board; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 15 to 20 min. or until meat registers 145°F for medium-rare doneness or 160°F for medium doneness.
  • Meanwhile, microwave butter and remaining shallots in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. Cool 5 min. Add sour cream, mustard and remaining thyme; mix well.
  • Serve sliced meat with the sour cream mixture.

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed*

Steps:

  • Assembly Directions:.
  • Stab chicken a few times with a fork. Rinse chicken. Place chicken breasts in a gallon freezer bag. Stir together remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture over chicken and seal bag, removing as much air as possible. Squeeze chicken and Dijon sauce around until chicken is evenly coated.

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Cook chicken 10 minutes until golden on both sides.
  • Add onion and cook 1 minute.
