2 tablespoons margarine
¾ cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
2 teaspoons celery seed
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Start.

2 Ea Large Eggs
¼ Cup Olive oil
½ Cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
¼ Cup Chopped parsley
¼ Cup Chopped scallions (~3 medium scallions)
1 Tbsp fresh thyme (leaves stripped from stems)
2 Tbsp Vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
2 Cups Super fine blanched almond flour
1 Cup 1:1 Gluten free flour
2 Tsp Baking powder
1 Tsp Baking soda
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Ground black pepper
1 Cup Shredded parmesan (plus extra for sprinkling over top of bread)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs. Add olive oil, almond milk, parsley, scallions, and thyme. and stir until combined. Lastly, whisk in vinegar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients: almond flour, gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper , and shredded parmesan.
  • Add dry ingredients to bowl of wet and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
  • Spread in your parchment lined 9" x 5" loaf pan and sprinkle some shredded parmesan over the top.
  • Move to the oven and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean/with a few moist crumbs. Serve warm & enjoy!

3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons fennel or caraway seeds*
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary*
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme*
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 cup (237ml) milk
1/3 cup (75g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9"x 5" loaf pan.
  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, seeds, spices, and salt. Make a well in the center.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and cooled butter. Add to the well in the flour mixture, and stir just until combined.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake 40-50 minutes, or until a pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to continue cooling.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
