Fresh, organic, vegan salad contains all the protein, amino acids, and other great nutrition that fights cancer. Very simple and quick to prepare. I learned it from Executive Chef Ken Blue from the Hippocrates Health Institute. It is the core of the Program at the Institute, which together with green drinks, wheat grass, and bean sprouts form the diet to live without disease for life.

2 ounces sunflower sprouts
1/2 ounce chickpea sprouts
1/2 ounce mung bean sprouts
1/2 ounce olive
2 ounces your favorite dressing
1/2 ounce adzuki bean sprouts
1/2 ounce lentil sprouts

Steps:

  • mix each component to taste.
  • add olives.
  • pour dressing.
  • serve fresh.

This is my absolute favorite salad dressing that I learned from Chef Ken Blue at Hippocrates Health Institute during the 3-Week LifeChange Program. If you like tangy tastes you gotta try this recipe.

1 cup high quality plant oil (extra virgin olive oil, raw sesame oil, raw pumpkin seed oil, or hemp seed oil)
2 1/4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 tablespoons Braggs Aminos
2 tablespoons water
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients except oil.
  • Blend well while slowly adding oil.

This delicious vegan bean soup is my creation from what I learned at the Hippocrates Health Institute. It has no sugar, nor salt. And it can be spicy if you like that. On a cold winter day it is great with avocado and scallions. It's very simple to make.

1 lb organic kidney bean
5 cups filtered water
2 tablespoons Braggs Aminos
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 organic avocado
1 cup scallion

Steps:

  • sprout organic kidney beans by soaking overnight.
  • add in all ingredients.
  • cook for 30 - 45 minutes.
  • cut avocado in chunks.
  • dice scallions.
  • serve soup.
  • add avocados and scallions.
