Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). For the crust, shape the cookie dough into a ball. Place the dough in the center of the White Large Round Stone or Rockcrok® Grill Stone and flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Using a lightly floured Baker's Roller®, roll out the dough to a 12" (30-cm) circle, about 1/4" (6 mm) thick.Bake the sugar cookie dough for 18-20 minutes or until it is a light golden brown. Move the pan from the oven to the Stackable Cooling Rack and cool for 10 minutes. Cool completely. For the topping, combine the cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl; mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the cookie. Arrange fruit over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Cut into 16 wedges with a Pizza & Crust Cutter. Serve using a Mini Serving Spatula.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Lightly spray a pizza pan or 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside (you can line the pan with parchment paper if you prefer.)
- With a hand mixer cream together softened butter and granulated sugar. Mix until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.
- Add the flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt (*see note above about substitution if you do not have cream of tartar.)
- Mix well and then press the dough into a 9x13 pan, pizza pan or form it into a large circle on a pizza stone or large sheet pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. The cookie should be just browning. If you are using a stone it may take a few more minutes to cook. Just be careful not to over cook or it will dry out the cookie.
- Let cookie cool completely before adding the cream cheese layer and fruit.
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in a medium size bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix it until smooth. There shouldn't be any lumps.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie crust leaving a ½ inch edge of the cookie showing.
- Cut up desired fruits and lay them in a desired pattern on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
- *If you want to you can add a simple glaze on top of the fruit pizza. To do this you add 1 tbsp water to ¼ cup of apricot or peach jam. Be sure to strain out any chunks and then lightly brush the thin glaze over the fruit. It helps the fruit not dry out and makes the dessert a little shiny.

Steps:
- In a medium pot, heat over low the milk and cream, do not boil. Remove from heat and let cool to warm.In a medium pot add yolks and sugar, whisk together until combined, then add flour and vanilla, place pot over low heat, add warm milk/cream, whisking continuously until thickened. Remove to a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap (make sure wrap touches the cream mixture) and refrigerate at least 3 hours or even overnight.
- Sift flour, salt and sugar into a large bowl, add butter and cut into the flour (using a pastry blender or even your clean fingers) until mixture resembles coarse crumbs (the size of peas).
- Sprinkle with the water (one tablespoon at a time) just until dough starts to come together. Then move to a lightly floured flat surface and knead lightly into a round ball.
- Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
- Pre-heat oven to 350° grease and flour an 8 - 10 inch pie plate or pizza pan.
- Remove from fridge (divide the dough in half, the unused dough may be frozen for future use) and place on a lightly floured surface, gently knead the dough a couple of times to soften it up. Roll out to 1/8" thickness (or a little thicker). Transfer to prepared pie plate, trim the dough of any extra dough then prick the dough all over.
- Place a piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and fill it with dried beans, rice or even sugar. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the paper and weights and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until done. Let cool completely before filling.
- Once the chilling time has passed, spoon the pastry cream onto the cooled pie crust, spread evenly, then top with sliced fruit and berries of choice. Dust with a little powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!

- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until combined, about 2 minutes.
- Either press the dough evenly into a 14 inch pizza pan, or roll out into a 14 inch circle and put on a cookie sheet. You can use a sharp paring knife to trim up the edges, or leave them for a more rustic look.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Let cool completely.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, pudding powder, and vanilla together until smooth and light. Spread evenly across the cooled crust.
- Prep your fruits by rinsing them and allowing them to drain completely. Slice as desired and arrange on the pizza as desired. If you would like the glazed look of a fruit tart, mix a few tablespoons of apricot jam with a little water and then brush across the fruit. Serve immediately.
