Steps:
- Mix all three ingredients in an airtight container and keep in a dry place for up to 6 months.
- In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoon unsalted butter OR 2 tablespoons meat drippings with 1 cup water, add 2 tablespoons of gravy mix, whisking until smooth. Season with fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

- In a small bowl, combine the bouillon, flour and pepper. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Yield: 8 batches (1 cup total)., To prepare gravy: In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add 2 tablespoons gravy mix. Cook and stir until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Whisk in water until smooth. - 1. run all ingredients (except flour) through food processor until powdered Add to flour and mix together through sifter a few times until well incorporated. Store in mason jar or baggie marked for contents and date

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
- Mix hash brown potatoes, vegetable oil, and black pepper in a bowl; press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, garlic powder, and onion powder in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Mix water and gravy mix into the cooked beef; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover skillet, and simmer until water evaporates, about 5 minutes. Fold in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Spoon beef mixture onto the potato crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is lightly browned, about 5 more minutes.

- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour until fragrant, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in cold stock. Reduce heat to low. Bring gravy to a simmer, and cook and stir until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, and season with salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper.
