Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
3-1/2 cups diced red apples
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups green grapes
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

For dressing, mix first four ingredients. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add grapes, celery and dates. Add dressing; toss to coat. Stir in walnuts.

These baked apples are stuffed with cranberries and glazed with a mixture of honey and brown sugar for an extra-special treat that makes the house smell great too!

6 green apples
1 ½ cups fresh cranberries
2 ¼ cups water
¾ cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Core the apples, and remove the peel from the top third of each one. Place them in a baking dish, and fill the core holes with as many cranberries as you can fit.
Meanwhile, stir together the water, brown sugar and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar and honey if necessary. Once it comes to a boil, pour the mixture over the apples.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, basting with the juices every 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups green grapes

Add the apples, pears and pieces to a large bowl. Squeeze the juice from the limes over fruit. Add the honey and mint leaves, and toss it all together to coat. Serve immediately or chill until ready.
