SPICY HONEY BOURBON MARINATED STEAK TIPS
Steps:
- In a bowl, mix together the Worcestershire, honey, bourbon, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
- In a small baking dish or plastic bag, lay the steak tips down add the marinade over the top. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once marinated, heat a grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak tips and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or more if they're especially large. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot!

- In a bowl with a lid, whisk together honey, bourbon, soy, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add steak cubes, seal, shake, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Heat your cast iron pan on medium-high heat. When it's hot add vegetable oil and butter. Once the oil and butter ripple, add steak.
- You probably need to cook it in a couple of batches. You don't want to crowd the pan so that the steak sear and don't steam.
- Cook until seared on all sides. Remove from pan. Pour pan drippings over the top.
- Garnish as desired.

Add steak cubes and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Heat vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Add steak. You will probably need to cook it in two batches because you don't want to crowd the pan. Cook until seared on all sides. Remove from pan. Add remaining butter to pan and cook mushrooms until browned.
