- Mix all ingredients.

FRESH FRUIT AND YOGURT ICE POPS
Simple and wholesome popsicles. My mom used to help us make these when we were kids and I still enjoy them years later. Use honey as an alternate sweetener, and blend the fruit to be either chunky or smooth.

Steps:
- Place the mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced bananas, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired.
- Fill paper cups 3/4 full with fruit mixture. Cover the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup.
- Place the cups in the freezer for at least 5 hours. To serve, remove foil and peel off the paper cup.

Steps:
- Place the yogurt, fruit (slightly thawed if using frozen) and honey in a blender.
- Blend to desired consistency (some kids like the fruit chunky and others like it smooth).
- Pour into paper cups, filling them 3/4 full.
- Cover the cups with foil. Make slits in the center of the foil covers and insert the popsicle sticks.
- Put in the freezer for about 5 hours or until frozen solid.
- When ready, peel off the paper cup and eat.

- In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Taste the mixture and add a little more honey if needed.
- Divide half the fruit among 8 1/2-cup popsicle holders. Add 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture to each popsicle holder, then add the rest of the fruit. You’ll need to press the fruit down a bit to distribute it evenly in the popsicle. Top off with more yogurt mixture if needed, leaving at least 1/4 inch of space at the top of the popsicle holder because it will expand as it freezes. I use these Tovolo Star Molds, which I like because they're not too big and they have a handy base that fits well in the freezer.)

- Mold: Spoon into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Push the mixture down into the wells with a popsicle stick to remove any air pockets, then firmly tap the tray on the counter to remove smaller bubbles. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
- Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
