HONEY-GLAZED DROP BISCUITS
A handful of ingredients are all you'll need for these moist biscuits brushed with a sweet glaze. "I make these easy biscuits for my church and by special request," says Diane Patton of Toledo, Ohio. "I made 350 the last time!" Diane adds, "I use a small ice cream scoop to drop the batter onto pans."

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, milk and mayonnaise just until moistened. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 times. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. , Bake at 425° for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Combine honey and butter; brush 1/2 cup over hot biscuits. Serve warm with remaining honey butter.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flours, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the butter and work into the flour using your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
- Whisk together the milk, honey and egg white in a small bowl. Add to the dry mixture and stir with a fork until just incorporated.
- Drop 12 mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each biscuit. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet.
- Serve warm with honey on the side.

Place on an ungreased baking sheet. , In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine honey and remaining butter. Microwave on high until melted. Brush over biscuits. Bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
