Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Fudge Recipes
HONEY ROASTED PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
If you can melt marshmallows and peanut butter chips, you can make this fudge! Honey roasted peanuts give it a particularly scrumptious flavor.

Steps:
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Cook butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan on medium heat until mixture comes to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Stir in marshmallow creme. Boil 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add peanut butter chips and vanilla; stir until chips are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in 3/4 cup nuts. Spread immediately onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining nuts; press lightly into fudge with back of spoon.
- Refrigerate 4 hours before cutting to serve.

- Line a 13-in. x 9-in. pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle 2 cups peanuts in the pan. , In a saucepan, combine the milk, marshmallows, peanut butter chips, butter and peanut butter. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour over peanuts; spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts; press down. Cover and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes. , Lift foil out of pan; cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.

- Microwave Method- in a microwave safe mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter with the white chocolate chips. Tip: spray the bowl with nonstick before adding the other ingredients to make for an easier clean up. Microwave on high, stopping every 30 seconds to stir, until the the peanut butter and the chips have melted together.
- Stove Method- Over medium heat, melt together the peanut butter with the white chocolate chips. A double boiler is not essential for this. However, you should stir the ingredients throughout the melting process. Tip: as with the microwave method, spraying your pan with nonstick before adding the other ingredients can help your clean up process.
- Both methods, one the ingredients have melted together, stir in the honey and the vanilla extract. Once blended, you can transfer the fudge to your refrigerator to set.
