1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup tahini
2 tablespoons honey
2 minced garlic cloves

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients by shaking or whisking it together. Add salt/pepper and serve.

½ cup olive oil
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon tahini
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Blend olive oil, vinegar, honey, tahini, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper together in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour dressing into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until the flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
