HONEY SOY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
These Honey Soy Chicken drumsticks are oven baked in an amazing honey, soy and garlic sauce and thus transforming into a tender, fall-of-the-bone delicious dinner!

Steps:
- Prepare the chicken: In a 9x13-inch casserole dish, whisk all the ingredients together, excluding the chicken. Add chicken and toss making sure each piece is coated with the marinade. Next, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for a couple hours. I kept mine in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven: To 375°F degrees.
- Bake the chicken: Remove the plastic wrap and transfer the dish to the oven. Bake the drumsticks for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 175°F. Make sure to turn them over half way through. This way they will get nice color all around.
- Garnish and serve: Aim for garnishing the chicken with parsley and serve with the additional sauce.

EASY STICKY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: chicken drumsticks, garlic, ginger, red chili, honey, soy sauce, sesame seed, spring onion

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, chili, honey, and soy sauce.
- Mix in the chicken drumsticks.
- Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
- Fry the chicken in a large pan, on all sides for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often to prevent the marinade from burning, until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and pour in the marinade.
- Bring to a boil and stir, until the marinade is thick and resembles a sauce.
- Throw the chicken back in the pan and fry for a further 5-10 minutes in the sauce, making sure each drumstick is evenly coated and cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
- Enjoy!

HONEY SOY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Sticky, sweet and savory, these honey soy chicken drumsticks are super delicious! Baked in the oven, they come out perfectly juicy and full of flavor.

- Wash and pat dry the drumsticks with a kitchen towel. Place in a 10.6 x 7 inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken and massage for 5 minutes. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and leave 30 minutes to marinate.
- Remove aluminum foil and place the baking dish in the middle of the oven. Cook for 40 minutes until drumsticks are nicely brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and sesame. Serve with the pan juices and your favorite side dish.

HONEY SOY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
This is out of "The Backyard Barbecue Cookbook" We don't really care for drumsticks so I used this on skinless chicken breasts. Worked great. I have it marked "excellent!" in the book. You can add a little chili sauce if you prefer it hotter. Hope you enjoy! Cooking time does include 1 hour marinating.

Steps:
- Combine the soy sauce, garlic, onion, pepper, honey and ginger wine or sherry in a small pan, stir over a low heat until the honey softens and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Remove the skin from the drumsticks and score through the flesh at 3/4 inch intervals.
- Pour the marinade over the prepared chicken and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
- Remove the drumsticks from the marinade and barbecue over a preheated, oiled gill with the hood down for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is tender and juices are clear.
- Brush two or three times with the remaining marinade towards the end of cooking.

- Preheat oven to 400ºF. If using wings: wash and dry, cut off wing tips and place on a rimmed baking sheet. If using the larger quantity of drumsticks and/or thighs: wash and dry and place in a 9X13-inch pan; if using the smaller quantity, wash and dry and place in a 8×8-inch (or something similar) pan. Season lightly with salt (as soy is salty) and pepper to taste.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Toss chicken (with your hands, if you don’t mind, or with tongs, if you do) and then arrange skin-side down in the baking pan. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove pan, turn chicken over, and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
- Remove pan and turn chicken over once more. I find that the chicken is usually done at this point, but my mother likes to cook hers for another 15 minutes, which is what the original recipe calls for, too, although the original recipe also calls for a 375ºF oven temp. It’s your call — you can’t mess it up. I suggest turning the oven down to 375ºF if you do bake it for an additional 15 minutes.
- If your sauce is not the thickness you like, but the chicken has completed its cooking, you can transfer the sauce to a small sauce pan and simmer it down stovetop till it thickens.
