CITRUS SPICED TEA
Ripe with citrusy tang, this easy-to-fix hot tea from Mrs. J.D. McCollum, of Memphis, Tennessee can be whipped up for almost any size group. Plus, it's perfect for sipping on a wintry day. And here's a bonus-if you let it simmer on the stove, it'll fill the house with its wonderfully spicy aroma.

PINEAPPLE-ORANGE SPICED TEA
The sweet aroma of this tea wafting from a slow cooker warms the dreariest day. My daughter served it for a holiday open house, and coffee drinkers were instantly converted. I bring it to the office to spice up our break room beverage selections. -Carole J. Drennan, Abilene, Texas

HOT SPICED TEA FOR THE HOLIDAYS
This is an old family favorite, handed down from my great-grandmother. The holidays officially begin with Christmas carols and my favorite hot spiced tea! Definitely a seasonal comfort beverage for me! I prefer to use fresh juices with pulp. The flavors are different. Canned pineapple in light syrup is best. Set the pineapple chunks aside for the rest of your holiday baking. Store leftovers in refrigerator and reheat as needed.

SPICED ORANGE TEA, HOT OR COLD
I found this recipe in a book I picked up at a thrift shop. I'm not really a tea drinker so like to find ways to get those good anti-oxidants without the tea taste. This is all orange & spice so I quite liked it. I didn't have whole cloves so made mine with a dash of ground cloves instead. I had one cup warm & then put the rest in the fridge to have iced, it was nice both ways.
